   10:00     Start to paddle through 500ft channel, excellent opportunity for nature spotting, monkeys,     eagles, lizards etc.
   12:00     Lunch
   13.00     Time for swimming & relaxing on the white sand beach.
   15.00     At the end of programmed. Paddle back to the pier.
   16.30     Transfer back to your hotel.
